It certainly gives me all I ever wanted to know about salads Review by Wendy

I find this book to be an in-depth study of everything salad. Very informative. Full of fun facts, colourful photos and interesting recipes. Another great purchase from Fine Cooking. Thanks.

Unique and Tasty Recipes Review by Kathleen

The recipes in this edition are not the same old same old. There are new and creative recipes. I have only one critique: they didn't put the nutrition information in this edition. I would think that a title Salad for Dinner would certainly have this information.
